We ship Via UPS
(United Parcel Service). All orders shipped require an authorized signature
upon receipt. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All orders placed with
GuardianSecuritycameras.com are subject to United States (U.S.) export control
laws. Specifically, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) prohibits
dealing with certain denied parties and end-users that may be involved in
conventional weapons and weapons of mass destruction - chemical, biological,
nuclear weapons, or missile technology. The EAR sets forth General
Prohibitions that are applicable to US technology and exports. The General
Prohibitions concern export transactions that are prohibited by U.S. law and
thus require a US export license. The prohibitions that may concern your sales
activities are:
· End-users that are prohibited because they
are on the: US Denied Persons List, US Specially Designated Nationals List,
Entities List.
· Countries under US embargo at this time
are:(CubaIran , Iraq, Libya, Sudan), and Angola (Unita). These countries are
listed on the Internet under www.treas.gov/ofac/. Please note that this list
of embargoed countries is constantly changing, so you will need to check it on
a regular basis End-users that may be manufacturing weapons of mass
destruction
· Diversions to illegal end-users that are
involved in diversions to embargoed countries, parties involved in
proliferation or to destinations that require a license. Therefore, certain
orders placed with Products & Services Inc. may require a US export license.
Products & Services Inc. will not violate or participate in the violation of
the US law by selling to these parties.
Returns
policy for purchases
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be
approved by Guardian Security Cameras before any products are returned. We
have been forced to implement this policy because of the attraction of our
products to unscrupulous people who return products after they have profitably
gained from the short-term use of the products. We test all of our products
before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern.
All products are special ordered by the
person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our
product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment
to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Guardian Security Cameras
before product(s) is returned. Guardian Security Cameras will replace, refund,
or credit your account for returned product(s) at Guardian Security Cameras
discretion.
NO refunds will be given for products
returned without explicit permission from Guardian Security Cameras.
Any return must be authorized by a
representative of Guardian Security Cameras and under no circumstances will
returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be
obtained from Guardian Security Cameras. No returns will be authorized after
seven (7) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

customer

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE.
For any exchange or refund, we need the
original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product
must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging,
and all accessories.
Charges for installation and delivery
services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.
Missing accessories:
The value of missing items will be deducted
from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what
the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
For any Product received that is not the
Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon
verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or
record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.
Any returns mailed to us without a
pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a
handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 5 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and
insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not
to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will
be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise
in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will
be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a
purchase made with a gift card as the sole payment method. Allow 14 days (not
including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned
Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed
for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or
accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you
for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT
CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL
AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
This Agreement contains the terms and
conditions that apply to the purchase of our products (individually and
collectively referred to as “Hidden Cameras”) from Products & Services Inc.
(“Manufacturer) that will be or is being provided to you ("Customer") on
orders for Spy ware sold by Manufacturer in the United States. By accepting
delivery of Spy ware, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms
and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change with! out
prior written notice at any time, in Manufacturer's sole discretion.
Shipping Charges; Taxes. Separate charges for
shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Unless Customer
provides Manufacturer with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate
applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Manufacturer's acceptance
of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes
associated with the order, except for Manufacturer's franchise taxes and taxes
on Manufacturer's net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will
be shown on the invoice.
Title: Risk of Loss: Title to products passes
from Manufacturer to Customer on shipment from Manufacturer's facility. Loss
or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Manufacturer is
Manufacturer's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a
carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
Warranties: Spy ware is warranted to the
owner for the period of 90 days from date of purchase for defects from the
Manufacturer, not by the dealer from whom the Spy ware was purchased. If the
Spy ware develops such a defect within the 90 day period, it will be repaired
(i.e. a new or reconditioned part will be installed or replaced) at our
option, provided it is returned with proof of purchase, date of purchase, and
a $15.00 check or money order to cover costs of postage, handling and service.
This warranty does not cover the following: Defects related to servicing not
performed by the Manufacturer or defects related to evidence that the Spy ware
has been tampered with, misused, abused or altered. This limited warranty is
in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities.
Manufacturer limits the duration of any warranty implied by state law,
including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose to 90 days from the date of original
purchase.
Limitation of Liability: MANUFACTURER DOES
NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY
LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED
DATA OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR
FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER
AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, MANUFACTURER IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Binding Arbitration: Any claim, dispute, or
controversy (whether in contract, tort or otherwise, whether preexisting,
present or future, and including statutory, common law, international tort,
and equitable claims) against Manufacturer, its agents, employees, successors,
assigns or affiliates (collectively for purposes of this paragraph,
"Manufacturer") arising from or relating to this Agreement, its
interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the
relationships which result from this Agreement (including, to the full extent
permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not
signatories to this Agreement), Manufacturer's advertising, or any related
purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration
administered by the National Arbitration Mediation (NAM) under its Code of
Procedure then in effect (available via the Internet at www.clicknsettle.com
or via ! telephone at 1-800-358-2550). Arbitration will be limited solely to
the dispute or controversy between Customer and Manufacturer. Any award of the
arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on each of the parties, and may be
entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Applicable Law Not For Resale or Export:
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the
various states and of the United States Customer specifically agrees to not
use Spy ware in any manner that will violate privacy laws and regulations of
the various states and of the United States Products & Services Inc. does not
manufacture, distribute, or resale covert surveillance equipment with audio.
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own personal use
only, and not for resale or export.Many states prohibit the use ofcovert
cameras where an individual has the expectation of privacy. CHECK YOUR STATE &
FEDERAL LAWS( These items are products intended to be used by the video
hobbyists or enthusiast. Buyer must check applicable state law for the
legality of use with these items. Each camera is sold on the condition that it
will not be misused. Do not misuse these items.!!!!) Manufacturer has separate
terms and conditions governing resale and transactions outside the United
States. Headings. The section headings used herein are for convenience of
reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no
construction or inference shall be derived there from.
Governing Law: This Agreement and any sales
there under shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to conflict of laws rules. Please read the following terms and
conditions closely before ordering from Products & Services Inc. By accessing,
browsing, and using this Site and the hardware it's hosted on, you (Visitor)
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these
Terms and Conditions of Use. Please note terms are VISA, Mastercard or AMEX in
the United States. Outside the United States terms are "T/T" (Wire Transfer),
Money Order or Western Union.
Note: Products & Services Inc. protects our
customers’ information by the use of secure server software. When an order is
placed the secure server software encrypts all the information you input prior
to being sent to us.
Please note all sales are Final. “Returns not
subject to final sale will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee, and original
shipping price”. As a policy, Products & Services Inc. does not ship to
addresses other than the "Bill To" address unless the order is being shipped
to your job or to an alternate business address. Please provide company name
if applicable. To expedite the processing of your order, you must provide the
billing address where you receive your credit card statement. Otherwise your
order may be delayed.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect applicable sales
tax on transactions shipping to the state of Wisconsin as required by law.
Any taxes that appear on your online order
are a very close approximate if not in most all cases exact. The actual taxes
charged to your credit card will reflect all the applicable state and local
sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is actually shipped.
Order
cancellations
We are unable
to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you
click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and
returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after
receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your
preferred method of return.
